Infrastructure improvements including road, water and sewer design, require attention to detail in every phase of planning. Northstar works closely with municipalities and regional planning commissions in engineering design and jurisdictional permitting. Our team also provides assistance in grant applications by providing cost estimates and layout planning. For municipalities large and small, we are able to either serve as their engineering arm for particular projects or offer additional support to their internal team.
