With more than 23 years of experience as president of Northstar Engineering, Phillip Santora has over 29 years of experience in design and project management, including construction project management in the field of civil and structural engineering and a combination of 22 years of experience in surveying. His surveying and design experience has included street improvements, water and sanitary sewer systems, storm water management facilities and grading, drainage and utility plans for numerous municipal improvement projects, commercial site developments and residential developments. Phillip has two children, Cody and Gabrielle.
