Northstar Engineering has provided site design services for several residential subdivisions in Dothan and the surrounding Wiregrass area. Tuscany Village, located off Hatton Road in Dothan, is one of the residential subdivisions designed by Northstar. This subdivision contains 24 lots with single family houses. Northstar also had the opportunity to work on several new subdivisions in the same area as Tuscany Village. These subdivisions are currently under construction and will be open for new home construction in 2013.
