Northstar provided civil engineering and environmental services for Turtleback Subdivision in Enterprise, AL. The 90-lot subdivision is located on approximately 55 acres and has a clubhouse, pool, community lake, sidewalks and a nature walking trail. Turtleback was completed in 2009.
