Northstar Engineering provided grant applications and acquisition paperwork as well as surveying and site design services for the Rehobeth Municipal Complex. The Rehobeth Municipal Complex located off Malvern Road, adjacent to Rehobeth High School, provides a centrally located building for the city to conduct its daily operations as well as meeting space for the community. The Rehobeth Municipal Complex was completed in 2012.
