Previous Projects


    Northstar Engineering provided boundary survey, topographic survey, site master planning in conjunction with the land planner, preliminary plat, site design, preparation of construction drawings and construction administration for the 32-acre resort community subdivision on Lake Walter F. George, including roadway plan/profiles, grading, storm drainage, and water distribution.


    Northstar provided full civil engineering and surveying services for Dothan’s Academy Sports + Outdoors.  From original boundary and topographical surveys to construction plans, ALDOT turn lane design and platting, Northstar worked with developers to bring this project to completion on time and on budget.


  • Highland South Subdivision – Dothan, AL

    Northstar Engineering provided site design and surveying services for the Highland South Subdivision off Brannon Stand and Fortner Road in Dothan. The subdivision consists of nearly 100 acres of single-family residential lots with new houses currently being constructed.


  • Bojangles’ Famous Chicken – Daleville, Dothan, Enterprise, AL

    Northstar Engineering provided civil engineering design services for the Bojangles Famous Chicken Restaurants in Dothan, Daleville and Enterprise.  The original site topography of the Enterprise Bojangles location created several challenging environmental conditions that Northstar Engineering was able to incorporate into the overall site design. The site contained jurisdictional wetlands which required working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on permitting and wetland mitigation. Northstar was able to incorporate the client’s necessary objectives for building and parking areas along with preserving and protecting the site’s existing natural resources.
