Northstar Engineering Services provided civil engineering design services to the City of Dothan and Alabama Department of Transportation on the recent Burdeshaw Street Road improvements. Prior to the improvements, Burdeshaw Street had been an unpaved dirt road between Burkett Road and Ennis Road on the East side of Ross Clark Circle. Northstar prepared roadway design improvements including the addition of a new sanitary sewer system, water main and fire hydrants, storm drainage system and asphalt paving. Northstar was also responsible for overseeing construction administration and site inspections according to Alabama Department of Transportation specifications for highway design and construction. The project was completed in May 2010
