Northstar Engineering designed, prepared construction plans and provided construction administration for the replacement of approximately 1,000 feet of 8″ sanitary sewer main on timber piers with 12″ dia., long span ductile iron pipe on new piers consisting of fiberglass pilings with precast concrete caps. Design also included environmental permitting for construction through jurisdictional wetlands. This City of Dothan project was funded and administered by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management.
