Phillip Santora has over 13 years of experience in design and project management in the field of civil engineering.  His surveying and design experience has included street improvements, water and sanitary sewer systems, storm water management facilities, and grading, drainage, and utility plans for numerous municipal improvement projects, commercial site developments, and residential developments. Mr. Santora has a strong background in construction project management.  In addition, he is managing partner and president of Northstar Engineering Services, Inc.
